What Can Cause Knee Pain Along With Nausea And Elevated Body Temperature?
My daughter-inlaw to be just started excersizing and over did it. she now has knee pain that has lasted about six days. she now feels hot and nausesous along with still having knee pain. i do not know if the site is red or warm to touch. she can put weight on her leg. any ideas as to what it could be. i m thinking infection, cellulitis????

The symptoms are consistent with arthritis. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Knee pain, with nausea, vomiting may be possible with rheumatic arthritis or viral fever with arthritis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get examined locally for cellulitis or infectious arthritis or osteomyelitis etc.
Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
