What Can Cause Lower Abdominal Cramps During Menopause?

Hello I recently turned 52 and my cycle stopped roughly 4 months ago which is me crossing over into menopause! My concern/question should I be having lower stomach pain as if I'm cramping? I saw my OBGYN prior to my cycle stopping and she didn't felt like everything was fine. Please advise.

The cause of lower abdominal pain after menopause can be a urinary infection(cystitis ) or abdominal bloating due to digestive disorders.
