Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is nonspecific type of symptoms you have stated here, like feeling warm, nauseated, back pain, and these are nothing to do anything with the history of diverticulitis, and spastic colon, at the most the symptoms could be due to viral infection and it is the self limiting condition will come around soon, if the symptoms persist then it could be due to some functional condition and it may not be due to any pathological illness and if ever wants to ruled out the possibility of some disease the certain routine work up is needed, like hemogram, imaging studies, I would advise you to come out of the stress, you have mentioned the age and gender else something specific could have been thought.

Hope I have answered your query, Let me know for further assistance.
