I fell a 3 days ago and my right leg has been numb every sense. Its from the top of my ankle to the bottom of my knee and only on the front side of my leg. No pain really, just numb. I do not have insurance but I also don t know if this is something that needs attention.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hello, Thanks for your query. Numbness in your leg could be due to injury to superficial nerve fibers. I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination of swelling. You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance. taking methylcobalamin supplements would be helpful.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
