General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to numb chin syndrome. It is a neurological condition that causes numbness in the mental nerve distribution, also known as mental neuropathy. You might feel numbness or a pins and needles sensation in your chin, lips, or gums. You should consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
