What Can Cause Pain In The Hip And Shoulders?

Hi, I m a 41 years old female. For about a year I ve been experiencing right hip pain around 3am every night, and for about 3 months I ve been getting left shoulder pain also at night. What can that be? The area is not tender to touch, hot, red, or swollen.

Hi,

The pain in the hips and shoulder can be due to low levels of calcium, vitamin D3, magnesium, decreased fluid intake or arthralgia.
