Im a 15yrs old bodybuilder and martial artist. I have this problem. My left hand or wrist hurts and it connects through my forearm too, when I flex or carry things or clench fist. It really hurts. I felt like numb or electrified. But since I rest it for about 2 weeks. I only feel a few pain. But it still tingles. Oh by the way I can move my wrist upward, downward, corkscrew, freely but it hurts when my palms facing above. So doctor I want to know what my injury is. Because I tried to ask the doctor at my school. She said I don't have any problem. There is no visible swelling or anything. So doctor I want to know my injury is. I want to hear a second opinion.
