Hello sir/ Madam.
My name is jyothi I m having 2 yrs 3 months boy baby. from last 2 weeks he is suffering from fever at the night times and he got conversion also while giving medicine doctor told me that he is having chest alregy, we starts giving him neblgesion. now also he is not cure.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your kid has small fever which is due to upper respiratory tract infection. It happens in children due to allergic reaction to some allergen such as hay, mist and dust. Need not to worry. You should give child Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose. apart from this give child steam inhalation. Give plenty of liquids to child to hydrate body. Give Levocetrizine to child in small amount. Visit allergy specialist once and get it examined. Go for blood test and x-ray chest to check level of infection and start treatment accordingly.
