What Can Cause Pus Filled Pimples In The Vagina?

I have what looks like tiny pus filled pimples on the inside of my labias, there are clustered spots of them of 2 or 3 on one side and 1 on the other side, the cluster ones sting and kinda burn when I sit down or wipe and sometime pee. I also have a lump on my bikini area and 3 itchy pink spots that look like bug bites on the inside of one of my thighs. To top that off I have a flat pus filled looking pimple on the outside of my left labia. I am feeling very out of it and weak and have a loss of appetite. I didn t just recognize all these details until now, to start off all that was I could see or feel was the itchy spots on my leg but I shrugged them off as bug bites, they re was only 2 when I first noticed them. I noticed the clusters recently but I also had pain when having sex with my significant other. hopefully you could help me pinpoint what it is and ease my worries.
