What Causes Pimples Around The Buttocks And Vagina?

Hello doctor. I recently had sex with my boyfriend. Without protection. We both developed pimples after using some lube. Neither of us has had any history of herpes outbreaks or stds... I have developed two pimples near the buttocks and one on the labia... They are painful. Him he has developed pimples around the pubes... They are single pimples however painful. What are the chances that this could be herpes? Other than the pimples... I haven t noticed other symptoms .thanks

take cefixime 400 mg in morning for 14 days both you and your partner it's not herpes but can be some sexually transmitted infection so it's better to do a coarse of antibiotics.
