Hi,

Your blood pressure readings are very high. And your symptoms are also suggestive of heart diseases more. So better to consult a cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ECG, 2d echo, stress test (trade mill test) and Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of ECG).

Exercise is contraindicated at present and the diet only will not work. So better to consult a cardiologist and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
