Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some enlarged submandibular gland, enlarged lymphnode or some thyroid swelling. You should go for examination. If your lump moves with swallowing then itvis of thyroid gland. If it doesn t move with swallowing then it can be lymphnode or salivary gland. Then you should go for ultrasound neck and fine needle aspiration cytology study accordingly. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment according to diagnosis.
