What Can Cause Sore Throat After Cancer Treatment?
Hi, I m a 59 yr. old cancer survivor with a clean bill of health for the last ten yrs.. Recently I had a blood draw done and my Dr. Told me that my markers were slightly elevated. So we waited a month and than drew it again. It came back with a slight increase. I have been experiencing a sore throat as of late. Any input?
You have not mentioned what cancer. The sore throat is probably not related unless your white blood cell count or hemoglobin is also affected, in which case you might be having a mild infection. Acid reflux (due to stress and anxiety) could also be the cause. Try Disprin gargles and go for a thorough check up.
