What Can Cause Soreness And Itching In The Vagina After Intercourse?

I had sex about a week and a half ago a day after I started my period I became irritated on my vagina , I went to the hospital they said I don t have no open sores to where it could be herpes but a day later it is sore to the touch and itching more and a little redness. I do NOT have no smell , color discharge or even burning when I pee. so what could be wrong?

1. Fungal infection.

Other causes
2.     Allergic to semen (use a condom to identify)
3.     Dryness – infection, improper foreplay, dehydration, age factor, hormonal imbalance
4.     Forceful sex
5.     Benign or malignant polyp
6.     Foreign bodies due to unhygienic sex practice
7.     Bleeding disorders
8.     Eczema
9.     Deep penetration in few positions during sex causing injury.
