What Can Cause Sudden Pain In The Breast That Hurts To The Touch ?
Sudden pain on left breast like when you get a black and blue. I am having pain on my left breast. Kind of feels like when you get a black and blue. I have not hurt myself and do not have my period. Can you tell me what it can be? I am 31 years old with 3 children. This is the first time I ve experienced this pain. It mostly hurts to the touch.

If your breast is so painful that it hurts even on touching then may be there is infection of some glands which needs treatment with antibiotics. You also need to get your breast examined for presence of any lump in it.
