What Can Cause Syncope With The BP And Sugar Levels Being Normal?

hi my mother fell unconscious last night and got up after 12 hours. I was not at home at that time. she was taken to ER they did ct brain and blood sugar, bp and test she was not dehydrated as well. Everything was within normal limits. She was up after 12 hours, doctor was not sure about probable cause and he has sent her home and a neurologist visit pending. what could be the cause and what to look for further ahead.will appreciate the help. Thanks

hi your mother might had TRANSIENT ISCHEMIC ATTACK.you need to have a competent neurologist consultation with MRI and MRA done along with detailed neurological examination that includes examination of cranial nerves,motor and sensory systems.please do not overlook as it may progress to stroke with weakness of limbs or even devastating consequences.take care.bye.
