What Can Cause The Urethra To Become Smaller?
Hello , the past couple weeks I ve noticed my urethra getting smaller. Inside the head of my penis is white and the substance which seems to be dried semin has stuck almost like a glue. I can still unrinate but the opening of the urethra is very small now.

Get yourself checked for phimosis, it can also be due to urinary tract infections. Review by veneral disease expert required.
