What Can Cause Tiredness And Low BP?

10 years back i was diagnosed as having mvp grade 1 after an echo.i have slight beep like feeling in heart rythm occasionally. have been on calaptin 40 twice a day,which helped migraine problem. recent echo says no mvp, every thing normal. have BP so taking cancor cor and coversyl 2mg one ech daily.for diabetes taking metformin 2tabs daily.3 months since i am taking these meds.recently feeling tired and low bp one day when checked,are my meds the reason?

Thanks for the query

Over correction of blood pressure is the first possiblity. Please approach your physician to re adjust the blood pressure medication. MVP usually does not cause a fall in blood pressure unless you land up in a rhythm disturbance like arrhythmia secondary to it
