Does Low BP Lead To Tiredness?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here.My blood pressure generally runs a little low. Today it is 88 over 55. Is that something to be concerned about? I feel tired a lot. Does the low blood pressure contribute to that?

Hi There

Yes low blood pressure can make a person feel tired and dizzy. What you can do to increase your BP slightly is to consume more water than you usually do, add a little extra amount of salt to your diet and have a cup of strong coffee when to feel too tired. These simple things wil help you.
