What Can Cause Veins Visible?
What can cause a person that you normally cant ever see the veins in the arms suddenly have a pain in top of left hand vein and then the veins in the wrist becomes very dark and exstremely visable even in the palm of hand. Vein in hand comes from pointer finer down palm through the wrist up to inside of elbo.And now in right arm has visable veins up and down the arm too. Ba little bit in that palm. Parts of the left arm look bruised. No trauma.

it seems to me an inflammation in your veins as the pain and swelling had started acute in nature !
trauma to your arm or hand , nails infection , even needle brick can cause such symptoms
I want you to exclude these causes !
if it's positive you can just go to ER and take a prescription of antibiotic and you gonna be ok
