What Can Cause Vomiting Up Of Bile Along With Pain Around The Back And Low Blood Platelet Count?
My sister in law has been vomiting bile and has it in her stools! We took her to the hospital and her platelets are low and doesn’t have gallbladder stones but had severe pain that wrapped around to her back. They told her to go get an endoscopy! what is your opinions on why these symptoms are happening? Thank you for your wisdom!

Hello,
She may be having cholecystitis or gastritis or viral fever like dengue or rickettsial fever etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Please get it done complete blood picture regularly, dengue, Weil Felix, malaria, urine examination and upper GI endoscopy.
Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
