Hi
You should get evaluated for allergic conjunctivitis, you display symptoms of angular conjunctivitis. The causes are many. Sometime prolonged use of steroid drops could be problem. You also complain of dry eye. I suggest you to immediately stop using steroid drops. If you have not consulted expert Ophthalmologist you should do it now. The capillaries on the conjunctiva are inflammed and grown enough to show red.

I suggest proper evaluation and treatment again from an expert.
