When I woke up this morning I felt like something was in my throats like mocus that I can't get out and once I ate I had a hard time swallowing but I looked in my mouth and it has white balls in my mouth so I gurgled salt and water and now mucous is coming out so are the white balls in my throats just mucous ?
White spots in the mouth may be due to pharygitis or pustular tonscillitis or acid reflux or oral candidiasis or oral leukoplakia, etc. Until proper examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Yes possible with post nasal discharge may appear like white spots in the posterior pharynx.
Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
