What Can Help Get Rid Of Excessive Hair On Neck, Chin, Upper And Lower Lip And Legs In A Girl Besides Laser Hair Removal?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female. I am a twin to a boy who is very hairy, and i have hair all over my body as well. I would like the hair on parts of my body removed, as it is dark and bothers me as well as makes me unhappy and self conscious about my appearance. I have suffered through being more hairy then most girls most of my life from the start of puberty and on ward. I would LOVE to stop waxing my upper and lower lip, my neck, chin, and my sideburns. I would also love it if the hair down my stomach and back would go away. (Basically my body is covered in hair most isn't to noticeable to others I'm sure, but not all of it is short and blond, actually most of it isn't.) I also shave my legs, arms, arm pits, knuckles and toes. I would like to know the options i have to stop all hair growth besides my actual hair from my scalp, eyebrows and eyelashes if that is possible (with out having to wax, shave, cream remover, or pluck anymore, which i am getting ingrown hairs from one of those I'm sure) I have also tried lazer hair removal and that hasn't helped much either. Is there anything i can do to help me stop being so hairy? Maybe there is some kind of pill or shots or anything? I'm not sure the cause of all this hair either. PLEASE HELP! i don't know where to go or turn or who to ask or talk to about this problem!

Hi,
Hairs growing as male pattern may be due to hormonal imbalance. You need to check whether your hormones like TSH, estrogen and progesterone are normal and also get done USD abdomen and pelvis to rule out PCOD as this is the most common cause for hairs. Is your menstrual periods are normal? Is there any other problem you are suffering. These investigations and information will help in diagnosis. I advice you to better consult your doctor for examination once.
