What can i do? I am 33 years i was engaging in masturbation when i was much younger but i later stop it. I do have sex but most of the time i dont last longer. Four days ago i want to have sex but my penis was unable to stand and all of a sudden i ejaculated. And since then i find out that my penis is weak and as if there is a little change in size and i am having pains in my abdomen as if someone is pressing my testicles..Again i noticed that if i have feelings with little erection after some minutes i will notice a little discharge but not ejaculation.
