hello. Dark lines during pregnancy is very common problem among women. There is nothing to worry. It occours due to hormonal changes. i think u can contact ur gynecologist for preventive ointment, bcouse as far as i know, there is no medicine to prevent it. it will disappear autometically after the delivery.
hi welcome to HCM.These changes are because of hormonal changes during pregnancy, which stimulate a temporary increase in body's production of melanin. The areas of increased pigmentation will probably fade within a few months after delivery and your skin should return to its normal shade, although in some women the changes never completely disappear.its not because of iron tablets also ok.have a happy and tension less pregnancy
Hi,thanks for query. What you have is hyper pigmentation due to pregnancy. In pregnancy due to changes in hormones at times this is very common.Do not worry,it has nothing do with iron tablets. After pregnancy this should go.
wishing you good health.
