What Can I Do For Red Bumps On Penis Tip ?

I have noticed two small red spots on my penis just at the base where my foreskin if pulled back would be.....they are not painful ...I am 63 years old and single and not sexually active....what can this be?

thanks for query,
it may be due to irritation of having collection of smegma on the glans.
Clean the glans averting fore skin daily while taking bath.
Keep local hygiene proper.
