What Can I Do To Control My Talking During Sleep?
hi there im a constant sleep talker i slept talked to my boyfriend in my sleep calling him "discusting " and other insults when i dont mean it it i would never say anything like that hes angry with me because he thinks i ment it what can i do to controll my sleep talking and make it up with him?

If some one taking in sleep then this is normal one and the mechanism behind this is not fully understood, but this is nothing to worry neither this needs any treatment, later or sooner this comes around, hope this helps.
