What Can I Do To Prevent Birth Defects In My Baby?

Right now i am in 21-22 weeks , while normal scanning during last week doctor said fluid level are more and advised to take the anolamy to better conclusion and there may the chance to defect the baby growth . Can you please advise how to avoid this problems !

Can you please upload the ultrasound scan that you are concerned about ?
Also, anomalies are common in the general population.
4 % of the population has anomalous babies, so dont worry.
There is nothing you can do to PREVENT or AVOID anomalies.
You can just take 5 mg per day folic acid regularly, it will help in the development of organ systems.
