last week i feel of a step stool and banged my leg. it is swollen and sore but not painful.. but
I noticed 2 days ago my right side of my ankle was also swollen and black and blue
and today my foot is swollen and also the inside of my foot is black and blue..
should I have cause for concern.. paula

Hi,
Yes the features suggest bleeding. There may be soft tissue injury or even fracture. Get an X ray done to rule out any fracture and apply compression bandage, restriction of movements and NSAID like Ibuprofen with serratiopeptidase will help you to reduce pain and inflammatory swelling.
