What Can Light Colored Mucus With Urine Along With Severe Cramps Indicate?

I m 7 in a half weeks pregnant and for the first time when I urinate a light colored mucus came out I m not cramping or having and pains other then when I m lifting something to heavy and when I poop a green mucus color is mixed in it I m not baby a fever or anything is this normal? Or should I be concerned

The light colored mucus with cramps in the lower abdomen at 7 weeks of pregnancy may be due to a threatened abortion. You need to get an ultrasound scan done to detect the fetal cardiac activity.
