What Can Make A Heart Patient Walk With Upper Body Pitching Forward Making Him Walk Faster To Balance?

My husband has had a problem in the last few months when we walk , with his upper body pitching forward and mak,ing him walk faster to keep his balance. He is an heart patient..but I don't think it has anything to do with his heart. Can you tell me what would make him do this?

This is equilibrium problem, connected to cns. It has now become a habbit disorder. Consult psychiatrist and physiotherapist for treatment caunselling and requered exercise. There must be suporting spinal muscle weakness. For stengthening them treatment and physio therapy is requered. i
