What Can Neck Pain On Right Side And Bad Headache Indicate?

I have had neck pain on right side and bad headache for 9 days (same side as pulsitile tinnitus). I went to pcp today and was given Robaxin but absolutely no relief. No pain meds are helping, as well as ice, heat, Bengay...what could it be and what can I do for pain relief? Desperate

I really appreciate your concern, chances of sinusitis is very likely cause and it has to be responded with Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed Tab Loratadine once in day, if these fails to responds then it could be functional disorders (Migraine ) may the cause, hope this information helps.
