What Can Result In TIA?

I had a tia about a month ago. I had one 15 years earlier. I am 61 and in excellent health. Absolutely nothing wrong with me. I go to the gym, swim, hike, snorkel, and walk/jog and lift weights. No high blood pressure, diabetes, clogged arteries, etc. Had a cat scan and mri and eco cardiogram. I am on a heart monitor for a month. I am afraid they will never find out the cause and it will happen a third time. I was driving when it happened. Its always my upper body, face, arm, hand, speech that goes and fighting to stay conscious. Lasted under 5 minutes. Just wondering what the possible causes could be for a perfectly healthy woman my age and the first one was when I was only 45, Thank you, Elena
