What Can The Extra Growth On The Testicle Be Which Is Not A Lump?

Hi, I m 15 and in good shape. My left testicle is a very odd shape. It feels as though there is a growth on my testicle, however it is not a lump but more (for need of a better word) of a tentacle like shape. It does not feel as though this is part of my testicle though, but more like loose cartilage or loose skin. Would just like some clarification as to what this might be. Thanks.
