What Cases Bumps On Penile Shaft?

18 year old (virgin), I have these skin colored bumps on the shaft of my penis and in clusters around the head of my penis that have been slowly spreading for a few years; any ideas for treatment? What are they? I have tried to moisturize them but they won t go away.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I have gone through your considerations.

Your description is suggestive of

First;mycetoma which is fungal infection of skin which usually affects penus and scrotum.for which antifungal drugs such as meconazole or fluconazole can be used.excision of the nodules is also done.

Secondly if there is history of fever and pain in those areas then it is suggestive of herpes.
Other condition such as lymphogranuloma venerum and syphilitic vhancres are less likely.

I would suggest you to meet sexologist or a dermatologist.

Hope answer is helpful.
