What Cases Spotting Post Protected Intercourse?

My boyfriend and I had sex but I m sure he had a condom on. It was our first time two days ago. And I don t know if I m just paranoid or having early pregnant symptoms I m 100% the condom was not broken, nor did it fall off. I ve been getting some sort of spotting.. if that s what it s called.
