What Cases Sudden Weight Gain?

I am 29 years old, 5'10" male. I smoked pot everyday for about 12 years. I recently quit 6 months ago and I have gained 20 pounds, I do not have any motivation to do anything, and I'm tired all the time. I have a healthy diet but I eat all the time now. What can I do to help this?

hi.
what you and your body is facing right now is called withdrawal. you quit smoking pot a few months back but your body got very used to it and is now wanting it and that shows up on the surface.
you should do some other activity and have a lot of juices and green veggies.
