What Casues Difficulty In Urinating?

My penis is very diminished in length and girth, my scrotum is immense, and my foreskin is very making it difficult to urinate, because the foreskin is almost totally obscuring my penis, and the whole area feels like a big bruise.......weeks ago I was constipated, and I think I may have injured myself by trying to have a bowel movement........

Consult a urologist and get evaluated.

If your external genitalia has got any abnormalities, it has to be corrected surgically.
