What Casues Dizziness Along With Palpitations And Headache?

I m checking about my daughter. 34 years old. Has had two nerve damage pains this week . Once in her foot for 5 minutes. Very intense. 2 days later in her hand about the same intensity and duration. Also had 2 times this week blanking out mentally while public speaking. Then an episode last night where she became faint feeling, heart beating very fast. Went away after 5 or ten minutes, followed by a headache. Today she has a baseball sized razed rash on her leg, itching. Are any of these connected or something to worry about?

As per your query you have dizziness along with palpitations and headache. The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , Vertigo may also be caused by inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and cardiac problem. Sometimes ear infection occur due to postnasal drip due to sinusitis. In this case the infection spread through eustachian tube and cause ear infection. I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometery test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe ant emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist. For now avoid bending foreword , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily .
