Hi, my name is Makayla and I am 19 years old. I am 5 foot 6 and weigh 147 pounds. Today at work i had something happen to me that i have never experienced before and it is concerning me. I went on my normal 20 minute break and when i returned to work my chest became very tight. I got dizzy very quickly and felt my legs start to go numb. As usual i just kept working but, it got worse. I had to hold on to objects around me to walk and my hands started to go numb. I sat down for a few minutes, applied a cold towel to my neck, and drank some water. My symptoms were not going away so i returned to work. Its been over an hour since i finished my shift and i am feeling better. there s still a slight tightness in my chest but nothing else. Could you please help me figure out what is wrong and how to prevent that from happening again. Thank you.
