What Casues Irregular Heart Beats While Climbing Stairs?
Hi whenever i am climbing stairs i experiment an high frequency , i can feel on my throat and chest and irregular heart beat , is a mix of heart beat and is so unconfortable and then after a 2 minutes i relax i cannot feel irregular beat any more, but still high frequency! I already did hotler but had nt synthoms that day, what should i do? Thanks

Your symptoms are suggestive of heart blocks resulting in irregular heart beat.I advise you to get an ECG,2D Echo,lipid profile,complete blood picture immediately to confirm the diagnosis.I advise you to take Tab.pantop 40mg,Tab.clopilet,Ecospirin,atorvas by consulting your doctor.I advise you discuss with your cardiologist.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Avoid fatty food,oily foods.Exercise regularly for 20-30min.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
