I was diagnosed 25 years ago with RLS. Treatments (Requip, etc) do not work well and the symptoms continue every night and sometimes into the day. I have doubts that I have RLS and feel something in my hips is triggering the sensation, but my MD discounts it as does my neurologist. Is there something other than RLS that can be triggered through the hips/nerves in the hips? Seems more than coincidental that the longer I sit each day, the more my hips begin to ach, then the tingling sensations begins-all night. I average less than 2 hours of sleep, for the past 25 years, some nights none at all. yes, it is possible. and miserable.
