Hello doc all i want to tell you is that i had continuous fatiuge and pain with that had black outs and to add to it had itching of testicles and penis which is inside and outside asswell black kind of dots on both testicles and penis i had these problems from the last 4 months after i had an unprotected sex with an prostiute i did had an hiv test and also had hepatitis and other stds such as goronhera but all these come back negative before this i also had fungal infection had rashes all over my body and itching and pain in public area what might be the problem iam really exhausted itching of testicles is really extreme
