What Casues Vomiting Along With Visible Veins On The Forehead Of A Toddler?

My toddler was throwing up all night. She got better by morning, drank Fluids (orc), ate breakfast. Was very tired and sleepy but was awake for a few hours. Now fell asleep And all of the sudden her veins on eyelids and forehead became very visible. Her top eyelids are a bit swollen, and her eyes sometimes half open in sleep. Is this something I should be worried about?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you can give her anti-emetic drugs such as diphenhydronat to stop further vomiting. Also, give her Tresol to replace fluids and electrolytes. Give her small meals, crackers and fewer fruits, fiber-rich food, and fruit juices.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
