What Cause Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Gas After Travelling?
Hi, I just came back from Mexico, a week ago, when I came back I feel my stomach is not the same. Now, I am feeling bloaty (like it is filled of air), I have a lot gas, I don't have appetite, I have a sour stomach and abdominal pain. Can you please help me on what medication that I need to take?

Your history suggest more if intestinal amoebiasis
I would advise
To start on anti protozoa drugs such as tinidazole along with antacid for a full course of 3 days which will help you.
if symptoms persist stool ova and egg examination may be needed.
