What Cause Back Of My Throat Is Red And Irritated?

The back of my throat is red and irritated. Has been for several weeks. My stomach is upset intermittey. I get a dizzy feeling every now and then out of the blue when standing. Have a sore back and back of neck is sore. Is there one illness that could cause all these symptoms?

Classical picture of reflux disease with pharyngitis. Treatment life style modification avoid tea coffee, eat fresh fruits vegetable,avoid stress. Head end elevation.avoid liquids at night. Diagnosis by endoscopy,24hr ph monitoring treatment proton pump inhibitors,antacids,prokinetic agents
