Had sex earlier with a condom, sex was a bit rough and my penis bent hard and I realized something was wrong. Condom filled up with blood and when I removed it blood streamed from it alot. Even now, 6 hours later there is mild residual bleeding. What happened?? I bled a lot for a short time after it

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding from penis after sex is suggestive of physical trauma to the penis.
A you have mentioned that the act was rough, it can lead to injury to the penile tissues and thus bleeding.
You can give rest to penile tissues for couple of days by not indulging in sexual activity.
Thereafter, if bleeding occurs again, you need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
