What Cause Burning Sensation On Back And Abdomen?

Hi, I have been having a external burning sensation on my skin for about 5 days now. It is in two places, my lower back and lower abdomen, both right side. Feels much like a sunburn and is highly sensitive to touch. No rash or signs of insect bite.
