Understanding your concern. As per your query you have cramps in the lower right abdominal area . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like appendicitis , constipation , infection of the right Kidney , kidney Stones , crohn’s Disease , ovulation Pain and right Ovarian Cysts . Sometimes abs exercises can also cause abdominal pain . I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination .
